Return, Refound and Exchange Policy

At FLAMMAE STUDIO, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality 3D printed products and services. We understand that sometimes products may need to be returned or exchanged, and we want to make this process as easy and transparent as possible. Please read the following policy carefully to ensure that you understand our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Return Policy

​

We accept returns for non-custom items only, and they must be returned in their original condition. If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer service department first to initiate the return process. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the appropriate return address to send the package to.

Please note that we charge a restocking fee on all returns due to the nature of our business and warehousing and storage limitations. The restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount of your refund. Shipping and handling costs are also non-refundable.

Custom items, including custom faux finishes and custom sculpted statues, are not eligible for return or exchange. These items are made according to the unique specifications of each customer, and therefore cannot be resold.

In addition, we do not accept returns on any products that have been damaged or altered in any way. If a product is returned to us in a non-original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return and send the product back to the customer.

Exchange Policy

​

If you wish to exchange a non-custom item for a different product, please contact our customer service department to initiate the exchange process. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the appropriate return address to send the package to.

Once we receive your returned product in its original condition, we will issue a credit for the product's purchase price minus the restocking fee, shipping, and handling costs. We will then let you know the new order total, and how much of your new purchase will be covered by your previous credit. We will either invoice you for the difference or credit the difference to your account.

Product Condition

​

All products must be returned in their original condition, with no signs of damage or wear. Products must also be returned in their original packaging.

Return Time Frame

​

All non-custom items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date to be eligible for a refund or exchange. If you return a product after the 30-day period, we reserve the right to refuse the return and send the product back to the customer.
